Anaya Villas curates handpicked, private-pool villas in Lonavala, Pawna Lake, Karjat, Igatpuri and Alibaug — all within a 1.5 to 3 hour drive of Mumbai. We work with a select group of homeowners to bring travellers well-maintained, comfortable villas for weekend getaways, family holidays and celebrations — without the middleman markup that comes with third-party booking platforms.
We are proud to be part of the I Love Villa family, which has been hosting guests across Maharashtra for over 5 years. That experience shapes how we vet every property on our platform — from cleanliness and amenities to host responsiveness — so that guests can book with confidence.
What We Do
Anaya Villas is a discovery and direct-booking platform. Guests can search villas by location, check availability, and connect directly with our team over WhatsApp or phone to confirm a stay. We do not add hidden platform fees on top of the villa rent, and our team assists with everything from date changes to on-ground support during the stay.
