Tucked into the rice fields of Kondivade near Karjat — about 2 hours from Mumbai — Karvi Farm is a laid-back 4BHK farmhouse built for weekend groups. A private pool, a full-size cricket turf and 360° mountain views make it an easy pick for families and friend groups alike.
Four air-conditioned bedrooms with attached washrooms sleep up to 10 guests comfortably, with extra rollaway beds available for bigger groups. The open living room, wraparound lawn and covered gazebo give everyone room to spread out, whether it's a quiet weekend or a full-on celebration.
There's plenty to keep a group busy: a private cricket turf with practice nets, a pool table, table tennis, carrom and badminton, plus a private swimming pool open through the evening. A caretaker is on-site through the day to help with anything you need.
Meals are available as a deluxe veg/non-veg package for groups of 10 or more, or you can use the basic kitchen for tea, coffee and light cooking. Whether it's a monsoon getaway or a sunny weekend by the pool, Karvi Farm is built for a relaxed group escape.
