- One-day outing — Karjat only. Leave Mumbai at 8 AM, back by 9 PM, with a full day on site. Lonavala and Igatpuri lose too much of the day to travel.
- Overnight (1 night, 2 days) — the most common format. Works from any of our four destinations.
- Two nights — worth it when the agenda has real working blocks. Igatpuri suits this best, since the estates have the most indoor and outdoor session space.
- Off-peak dates — midweek offsites cost meaningfully less than weekend ones and the properties are easier to secure at short notice.
What to Confirm Before You Book
Every offsite has one or two things that decide whether a property works. In our experience these are the ones worth checking in writing: internet reliability if any session is remote, power backup duration, projector or screen availability, catering and dietary handling for the full headcount, parking for a tempo traveller, and music timing rules if the evening involves a DJ.

Yes. Several villas include in-house catering, and we can coordinate bonfires, cricket on the turf at Karvi Farm, and local trekking or adventure operators. Activity availability depends on the season.
